Today I was a little late catching my daughters bus after school. I watched in dismay as the bus rolled by in front of me a few minutes earlier than I hoped. I started to run after the bus and it felt pretty good.
Usually my breathing is off or my legs hurt or something goes wrong when I run. Today I paced myself and ran within my limits and I can see how some people like to run, like my wife. She was also running behind me. I slowed my pace to help my breathing but I think I was still fairly fast.
Who knows, maybe I will give running another try. I guess I need some motivation and I just need to control my pace and breathing. Who knew?
