Don’t Feed the Wild Animals

Standard

We spent the weekend with Family and friends at Mont Tremblant and one of the people who stays there loves to feed the deer. He buys corn by the bushel and now has up to 18 deer expecting food at dinner time. While cute and all, this is not a good thing.

It is getting expensive and the other people are not thrilled to contribute or be asked to contribute. Even worse, the deer expect it and what will they do when it all stops? Plus, it is unsafe for the deer as they cross a somewhat busy road and it is not normal for deer to be so tame.

The first time you see them feeding, it is pretty cool.

This was right outside our window and they are beautiful animals.

But it’s not good for the deer-don’t feed the wild animals!
